"Just as the pictures show, the setting and the house were beautiful. There was AC in the bedrooms, which was helpful at night. There was a minor issue with hot water at times, but mostly it worked, and the staff helped keep it running. In fact, the staff were quite helpful. Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort All Inclusive

"The Royal Zanzibar Resort has stunning views of the ocean, a white sand beach, plenty of activities to participate in, and gorgeous pools and restaurants. A highlight for me was eating at The Cliff Restaurant which has amazing views. The open air gym was nice for a workout in the morning. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. They advise you of the government imposed tax, and other than that, there were no hidden fees. The price I paid through Expedia included all I could eat and drink at the resort! I highly recommend this place. I travelled here alone as a woman and felt completely safe on the property. "
