"Such a lovely place and the owners/staff are so friendly and kind. Everything from check in to accessing the onsens and meals were great! - we all slept well too on the bedding. If I come back this way again, I’ll be staying here!"

"Amazing stay, incredibly helpful staff that can’t do enough for you, lovely private Onsen in the hills. Must visit if in the area"

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. If you are looking for a relaxed time away from the typical tourist bustle, I can highly recommend this hotel. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."
