"There is no communication from the host in a town that has no Wi-Fi. No one was home to answer the door or greet us when we got there. So he stood there a little confused, not knowing what to do until we eventually saw a piece of paper around the corner that said the keys were in the door. Once we got in and put our stuff down, we were quite comfortable. I actually enjoyed that there was no Wi-Fi or TV or even an electric clock. It’s exactly what my body needed. To sit down with a glass of wine and my mother to reconnect and have some quality one-on-one time. I think I would have appreciated a little information as to what restaurants were in this tiny town since I had never been here before. It wasn’t hard to find, and we had an amazing meal down the road. I would definitely come back."

"Working with the host was great. They were very accommodating in switching the reservation over to my wife's contact information. VRBO won't make any changes once reservation established. The residence was nice and quaint. Loved the view of Donner Lake from the deck and pier access across the street. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows. Shower is very small. Very relaxing."

"We LOVED this place - it was the perfect home base for our golf trip to Tahoe. Plenty of room, location was great, tons of amenities. Such a cool and unique home - plenty of individual space to get away from the big group, but some really amazing common areas to all gather and get together. Would absolutely stay again if we were back in the area!"
