However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :) "

"Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. The coffee is great! The hotel is slightly dated, however, it is incredibly clean and the rooms are very nice and stylish. Shower-head/faucet in bathroom is a little lower than I expected, but manageable. It will be a little difficult for taller people. Only a few English speaking channels on TV. Internet connections in room and throughout hotel are good. The hotel is connected to a large Mall."
