This place is convenient for transportation and walking. Also, staffs are friendly especially the front desk person (Lethi ngoc Anh) got a good patience and a clear information when we need helps no matter it's a small or a big problem. Friendly staffs will you come back to the same hotel for the next time coming to Tokyo. Thanks again. ,-hla (California US)

Family room is very spacious for 2. Short walk from the train/subway station and direct from Haneda airport. Room was clean and the toilet/bath are separate so both can be used at the same time. Power sockets conveniently located at the head of the bed. No bedside table or desk to use a laptop or dine I guess is the only small issue I had.

Although the season was over and the stadium was closed, the store was open and we were able to buy some souvenirs
