「Quiet place, tasty food, clean room, polite and kind reception staff. Special thanks to receptionist Ani. Definitely we will come back here 」

「最寄りのメトロ(１００ドラム)出口から徒歩８分。周囲には何もない。ホテルからタクシーで、隣の駅まで600ドラム。リパブリカへは800ドラム。中心地北は1000ドラム。メトロは23時に終わるので、ホテルに戻る時は1000ドラムかかる。エレベーターあり。冷房がよく効く。シャワーの水量は問題なし。部屋は広いので落ち着く。小型冷蔵庫のミニバーは色んな物が入っているが、入れる空間は残っている。テレビはBBCなどあり。朝食は８時からで、食べる物が多く満足。」

「It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive...

「Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. Very clean and luxuriously designed. Great outdoor zone with small garden and sitting area. Gym and indoor pool. Quiet. Very close to city center, about 15 minutes drive.
