"It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced. Some staff were helpful and some points I had positive impressions, however, negative impression became more than positive ones, sad to say."

"キリキアのバスターミナルの向かいの方で入り組んだ様な場所にありますが治安は良い方だと思います。ホテルから徒歩3分圏内にパン屋と24時間のコンビニもあるので買い出しには便利でした。清潔さは普通くらいランドリーサービスがありますが2千ドラムほどかかりましたがアイロン掛けまでしてくれて助かりました。"
