Not recommended, in construction-renovation stage

The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...

Очень крутое место! Шикарный, добрый персонал. Отличная территория. Все чисто,уютно. Домики прекрасные! Убирали его каждый день, меняли полотенце каждый день. Карену большое спасибо за гостеприимство! в общем за все свое путешествие мы были в четырех отелях и этот оказался самым лучшим)

Best service ever in my life! :)

I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Karen and all his staff who made our trip truly amazing and enjoyable! My family and I relaxed in sauna and huge indoor swimming pool free, used barbecue facilities anytime and received immediate service for anything requested - either restaurant reservation or tour organization. Upon arrival we received mobile phone that used free of charge to contact within resort for food service in the cottage or breakfast delivery. Taxi is really cheap in Yerevan so despite the location , a little bit out of the city, it was easy and fast to get pick-up there. I was lucky to celebrate my birthday in Cross Resort and got surprises during all the days spent in this wonderful place. I can imagine, how beautiful it is in summer. Highly recommend to stay there!
