"I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely uncomfortable, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied.When we arrived, the property was clearly not cleaned. We had to go out and purchase our own cleaning supplies just to make the space livable—which felt unacceptable given the price we paid. The trash bins were already overflowing and wouldn’t close. Bed sheets were stained and appeared unwashed, bathroom rugs were dirty, and the sinks didn’t drain properly. While there wasn’t a strong odor, the overall cleanliness just wasn’t there.There were several maintenance issues as well: the fridge wasn’t cooling properly, the AC didn’t work as it should (everyone woke up sweating), the TVs upstairs didn’t work, and the cornhole game was broken. Because the bins were full, we had to leave our trash in the garage, which wasn’t ideal.I understand this is someone’s business and livelihood, and I’m not trying to hurt anyone’s reputation—but as a paying guest, I expected at least the basics to be taken care of. At the very least, I believe the cleaning fee should be refunded since we had to do that part ourselves.Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not one I would recommend without some serious improvements to cleanliness and maintenance."

"1 night stay in the queen cabin with AC! 100+ degree temps had nothing on this cabin AC. I slept like a baby after a day in the sun at the pool. Restrooms were under construction so we used the bathroom facilities in a safari tent. Everything was clean and so aesthetic! Loved the pool & being on the property at sunset was gorgeous!! Will definitely be back in the future!"

"What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion away from the bustling city. Breakfast and morning quiet time out by the spa viewing the distant greenery, feeling the cool breeze, and hearing birds chirping provided a great start to each day. The house was staged for a lot of people with plenty of dishes, large dining area and a multitude of chairs. The rooms were luxurious and well decorated. "

"We were in town for my daughters wedding at The Grand Lady. This house was perfect. The location was so close to the venue. We had the bridal party in the front house and the back house is where the groomsmen's stayed. They were able to hang out in the yard with a fire and just enjoy the celebrations that were to unfold the following morning. The host communicated so well before the check in and if I had a question he was quick to respond. A perfect house for a large family or just friends getting together. "
