The house is very clean and open floor plan in the living / kitchen / dining area was nice. The backyard is amazing. More than anything, the host was incredibly communicative and responsive which is the most important ingredient for a great stay."

"Our family decided to do a thanksgiving reunion at the Palm Royale. We had plenty of space to lounge and Phillip was very attentive during our stay. Because we were planning on cooking there we could have really used some kitchen towels, sponges, spatulas, and bakeware. But since we weren’t sure what we would have we made sure to bring aluminum pans which worked out well. The kitchen still had plenty to prepare our feast. The game room was a hit and we really enjoyed playing pool the entire weekend. Phillip was very attentive during our stay and was there to address any concerns or questions. We had a fury friend and he was given bowls as well which was a nice touch! The sun room was my fav and it was so nice to be out there during the day. We ended up putting up the folding table and made one long table and it fit us all for dinner. Thank you Phillip for creating a welcoming space. "
