"The Hotel itself is good, but their reservation system is terrible. I had a confirmed booking and had already paid $94.00. but when I arrived, they told me they had no rooms available and would only refund my money'. This situation is known as being 'Walked'. I have more rights than just get my money back. like my taxi from the airport. they should find me a comparable room instead. to make the long story short we did not agree and Ms. Dian is an exemplary employee. provided a decent room accommodated us."

"We had a super short stay with our two teen daughters for the Rodeo Austin Livestock Show; and this property is by far the closest available to the stockyard, which was a HUGE plus! Super cute and super secure; has a manual sliding gate to close up to two vehicles into the driveway. Check-in was seamless, and the super kind host was willing to let us check in early, although we didn’t get through the check-in line fast enough to take advantage! Communication was extremely prompt. OMG, you will not want to get out of the master bed, it is so comfortable! Every need will be met…soap, dryers, lotion, sunscreen, you name it. They have it all. My two girls stayed up playing the cache of games they found in their bedroom! LOVED it!"

"Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. So the wait for food or drinks became ridiculous. For a hotel with the words "Conference Center" in their name, they did a terrible job handling their business."

"This house is huge! Very spacious; accommodating for the amount of people we had. Perfect location. We were there for a wedding in Pflugerville and everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Right by the lake and has a community pool close by. Would stay here again!"
