"Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price. "

"Das Hotel empfing uns freundlich, musste jedoch feststellen, dass wir für 2026 gebucht hatten. In weniger als einer Stunde war die Stornierung und Neubuchung durch. Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. "Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
