We spent 5 nights at Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower and loved our stay here. The property is quiet and well kept and its location is perfect. Walking distance to Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, and the south entrance of the Xi'an City Wall. Breakfast was really good with many options. Would recommend if visiting Xi'an.

Hotel was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of options. The bed was too firm for our liking but might be good for other people's preference. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was there is no lunch or dinner available, although afternoon tea is put out at 2om daily. Overall We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Excellent location. Clean hotel with good maintenance.Metro is just in front of the hotel. Several restaurants are nearby. Two robots were constantly delivering foods to guest rooms. Free Self-served laundry with all supplies is definitely a bonus. Buffet breakfast has numerous choices. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is walking distance to the Bell Tower and also has a Metro entrance close by, which is handy if you need to get to Xian North Station. Overall a good hotel, which is ideal for couples, due the bathroom set up.

It’s a great hotel with an impeccable location near the bell tower. The staff was helpful and accommodating even when there is language barrier. For the active travellers, the gym might be a bit underwhelming. Everything else is tip top.
