"Overall the room is clean, location is closed to Lotte and beach. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed. "Resort was beautiful, well maintained. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant/bar menu had a large variety to choose from and the food was excellent. Cleaning staff for Pupa area were very good. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"The hotel was for a overnight stay before reboarding a cruise. Modern building but aging. Rooms were Ok but lots of things didn't work (Lights in bathroom, main room light flicking, etc) Staff were VERY helpful. Restaurant was adequate but staff service was poor."
