「dartmoorを観光する為に２日間泊まりました。私たちがこのホテルに泊まるのは９年ぶり二度目の滞在になります。以前は施設等全体的に清潔ではあっても古めなホテルという印象でしたが、今回泊まると室内とバスルームや食堂がずいぶんお洒落になっていて驚きました。スタッフも皆さん親切でフレンドリー、朝食は別料金になりますがとてもおいしいのでぜひ食べてみることをおすすめします。９年前は霧と雨で窓からは何も見ることができなかったのですが、今回は良いお天気で、窓からPlymouthの町が一望できて最高でした。」

「Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. Pork belly mash and the most delicious red cabbage I've ever had and I've travelled a lot and eaten a lot in my travels, this was up there with the best. 」

Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. 」
