「Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.」

「The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. 「We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!」

「The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. 「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would.
