Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though.

Stylishly done, very spacious, great showers and ideal kitchenette. Very good value for the money. And the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. Will definitely use Adagio again.
