「Lovely place, amazing, very tasty food with huge portions 」

「It is a little out of the way, but if you have a car, it is a nice place to stay. You can stay without a car, but taxi costed L12-13 from Stratford (Avon) city.」

「The entrance to the hotel was lovely and staff very welcoming and helpful. It was good that you needed a room key to call a lift as it felt secure. Pool was nice but a bit tatty , old surroundings Room on 3rd floor was UNCOMFORTABLY hot with no air con ...just a small desk fan . We hardly slept due to it being too hot and stayed out of the hotel as much as possible which was not great as we were there for a sports competition and needed to rest. Food and room service not available Friday, ...

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.」

「Hotel is great location for nearby attractions. Staff where amazing helpful and always available an on hand. There was a wedding party on one of the nights an it made no difference to our stay we could not hear the party or music. The hidden gem here not only the lady who assisted us throughout who was just lovely but the food in restaurant from breakfast to dinner amazing quality and value for money we didnt eat anywhere else. Dont overlook this place grounds to sit in an all needed on site we...

「The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent.」

「受付でレストランの予約をしましたが、レストランに行くと予約が取れてないからて待たされましたが、その際の対応が非常に悪く更に30分待っても忘れていた様で問い合わせてもレストランの責任者の男性の態度が悪くて最悪でした！二度と行かない」
