「General good experience, clean and lovely furnishings, kitchen equipment was adequate but the bed frame/mattress needs replacing as uncomfortable for two. 」

「Roseleigh Cottage is a lovely little house. It is ideally situated in central Cookham a stones throw from the Thames tow path and close to a range of pubs and other places to eat. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay as did our dog who appreciated the many walks thereabouts.」

「My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details.The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out.」

「We didn’t realize that the property was one of four in a row. We thought it was an individual building so that was very disappointing. Also, the pictures make the unit look a lot a lot bigger than it is and it is right by the road and right by the stables, which when we were, there wasn’t too bad but I would imagine in the summer. They’re gonna smell pretty bad.」
