"グラウンドフロアは階段のみのアクセス。大きい荷物を持っていたので辛かった。 フロントや廊下は暗く下水臭いが、部屋は清潔。 滑走路側の部屋だったが、飛行機の音は良く防音されていた。 郵便物を代理で受け取ってくれた。ありがとうございます。"

"空港からアクセスも分かりやすく"

"The corner of the shower booth was cracked, and water overflowed through the gap, leaving the floor completely soaked. The body soap bottle was empty. I asked for a bottle of water to be brought to my room, but it never arrived. The towels and pillowcases were dirty, with what looked like footprints on them. I was very disappointed because my previous stay was excellent, and this time the experience was significantly worse."

"ターミナル 2から2つ目の停留所のすぐ近くにあり立地で選びました。夜は静かでゆっくり休めました。朝食もシャワーの出も問題なかったです。ちょっとしたドリンクやアイスクリームも置いてあり周りに何もないので便利です。また利用したいです。"

"乗継の関係での利用でした。ターミナル間の移動はほぼ問題なく完了しました。滞在時間の関係で外食が出来なかったのですが館内食堂で十分楽しめました。"

"Hotel facility was fair and location is excellent. Good service, nice food and staff. The only problem I had was when I went for the breakfast buffet, the lady escorted me to a table in middle of everybody when majority of the other tables were vacant. I asked for a different table at the corner and was able to happily change. But when I came back with my food at the buffet keeping my seat 5 minutes vacant, there was another guest occupying the table. The same lady was the one who escorted the new guest and told me it was my fault because I did not leave anything on the table……."

"No heating on AC at all, and no one answered when I rang reception…"
