"The property was beautiful and very well appointed. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped. There was not only a grill but also charcoal and lighter fluid. Towels were hotel quality. We spent some of our week just hanging around the house. Beach and neighborhood delightful."

"Compared to our usual Hilton stays, this hotel is well below average, though it worked for us since we only needed a place to sleep and were out and about all day. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the view was great, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, utensils, and an air-fryer microwave. The nearby 7-Eleven was also very convenient. However, the property has severe maintenance and safety issues. Our room had peeling wall coverings, improperly installed kitchen tiles, and dangerous, exposed electrical wiring. Additionally, the laundry room is falling apart with broken machines and a broken coin changer. Finally, their amenity policy is unacceptable. Despite charging a $25 daily amenity fee, they only gave us a single 24-hour gym pass for our 6-day stay and wanted to charge extra for my wife. I would give this place a 5star for the beautiful view and the kitchen being well equipped. We stayed at 3601@36th floor and the view of the mountains was amazing! If u don’t mind the rest, then i would recommend this place. We didn’t see any cockroaches unlike some other hotels we stayed in Hawaii i hope this helps :)✌️"

Shari communicated super well throughout the process to ensure smooth check in, stay, and check out. She also provided helpful recommendations. The place itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was a very short drive into town. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Kailua. "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW! This property exceeded our expectations! Both the house and the cottage are fully someone who likes luxury upgrades, this place did not disappoint! Both houses were stocked with everything you need.Sometimes we rent a place for the 11 of us and the house isn't set up for 11 people. This property was well stocked with enough dishes, silverware and seating for everyone. Even outside! The yard is enormous which we loved because our family loves outdoor games! There are beach chairs and boogie boards and towels a plenty.From bidets and lighted mirrors in all of the bathrooms, to comfortable beds and bedding, this place has it all. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Abolutely!"
