「The elevator on the property was not reliably functional, and during my stay I was stuck in the elevator TWICE. This property was listed as accessible, and as a disabled person I was relying on that elevator to get in and out of my rental unit.」

「Very clean and beautiful condo. It is however a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The listing said 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. 」

「Such a cute space for our one night in Key Largo. We ate at Sharkie’s nearby and it was easy to get to. 」

「The property was fine for us because we were mainly in the Keys to go scuba diving. But the unit wasn’t very well stocked for a typical VRBO- no salt, exactly 4 spoons, 1 broken ice tray. The balcony was so tiny, only one chair fit. We also found an empty donut bag under the bed. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manger was very nice and checked in on us and helped us when we arrived late due to flight delays. 」

「Host was very helpful and responsive! This was our first VRBO stay so we had more questions than seasoned guests, and he was very patient and helpful. Place was as advertised. Bed/pillows were very comfortable. AC was excellent. 」

「Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern,...
