「Staff really nice」

「This hotel was a last minute choice. Let's start with a postive. Linens were clean and no bed bugs. Also, the carpet wasn't sticky when i took my shoes off to get into bed. Now to the rest. When you walk in it smells like grease. Like kitchen grease. The bar sign says it opens at 11am but it doesnt open till 5pm. No, I'm not trying to be at the bar at 11am but I enjoy having that chill atmosphere after the 3pm check in. This is not the place that will ever happen (we did end up going) 2nd, the...

「The rooms were somewhat clean, our biggest issue was finding hair on the bed (it wasn't a lot) and a stain on the living chair which grossed us out. Bathroom was clean and everything else was clean. Some things (towel racks) weren't screwed into the wall properly. The staff was nice. The elevator scared us. Breakfast was ok, nothing special just enough. Suasages are boiled, which was also gross to us. Overall it was a decent room but definitely can be better.」

「Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. 「The room was not clean. The beds were clean but there was hair on the floor in the main room and bathroom and the toilet looked clean until my son lifted the seat. It was disgusting. The rooms need to be cleaned better. And they needed more towels in the pool area. Other than that we stayed 1 night and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly.」

「We have stayed here three times over the years and each time the service and rooms have gone downhill. The area has also gone downhill with many store fronts empty. We will not go back !」
