Summary:
Unwind in the heart of Texas Hill Country, surrounded by deer and waterlilies. Our tranquil retreat, nestled in nature’s embrace, features 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom—perfect for up to 4 guests. With enchanting Creekside views, this getaway promises an unforgettable escape for nature lovers and relaxation seekers alike.
The Space:
Settle into this cozy 2-bedroom unit, perched right above Cypress Creek. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and built in dressers for plenty of storage. The modern bathroom features a clean design along with essential amenities.
Guest Access:
Please use the driveway on the right side. The left is for unit 1.
This is a double unit house. There is an adjoining 3-bedroom unit with a separate entrance. You will notice a small Cowboy Pool and a fire pit in the backyard. This is offered to Unit 1 only. If you are interested in renting unit 1 please reach out!
Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.
The Neighborhood:
This is the perfect Wimberley location!
We are less than 10 minutes from:
- H-E-B Grocery
- Wimberley town square (many cute shops and restaurants)
- Recreational tennis courts
- Quicksand Golf Course
- Cypress Falls
- Jacobs Well
- Blue Hole Regional Park
Other Things to Note:
Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 4 ]
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
- The cowboy pool is unit 1's to utilize and is included in their rate. Please do not utilize the cowboy pool.
HVAC Rules:
Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
