「When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

「ホテル自体はそれほど広いものでは無く、少し古い感じはありましたが、細かなところに心づかいが行き届いており、清潔且つ豪華でした。 サウナは3か所のうちスチームはコロナの影響で使えませんでしたが、休憩エリアやプールとのつながりなど十分リゾート感覚でリラックスできました。川向うのLuxemburgの町まで歩くと少しあるので、レンタルバイクが便利です。」

「The front desk staff was very helpful. Nice hotel with comfy common areas to relax with friends. Room was comfortable and very convenient to the airport for an early morning flight.」

「We stayed two nights in a prem-double room with one small dog. It has enough space and good equipment. Only negative point is voice from next room can be heard clearly, wall is not so isolated. But especially breakfast and response from all staffs were very nice. 」

「The hotel staffs are very kind and polite. The location is a bit far from center of the city on foot(15-20min), but satisfied with staying at this hotel. Nice breakfast service despite Corona pandemic.」

「This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! 」

「The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay」

「文句のつけどころはシャワーの水がどうしても外に溢れる構造であること。 あとは、文句なし。 部屋の大きさ、ベットの快適さ、静かな環境なのにとても便利な場所、そこそこのアメニティ、フロントの感じもよし、ドイツにしては朝食も悪くなかった。駐車場代がやや高いが、Wi-Fiも良い感じ。」
