"My friends and I were in town for a conference and needed a place to stay. While the beds were comfortable, everything else was lacking. NO kitchen sink to wash your dishes. Upstairs neighbors shower was leaking into the closet. No joke!! No hot water in the 2nd bathroom. Messy garbage in the backyard. Come on now! Randomn empty appliance boxes in the kitchen. If you're going to ask for 250/night you should put some effort into your place."

"The residence was clean, very new and well maintained. The host was very responsive and came over to replace items on a very short notice. Prices were very reasonable (I stayed for 30 days), and the location of this stay is walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants and hang out spots in LA. Would highly recommend."
