"Another trip to paradise!! We've stayed at Seabiscuit countless times and it is pure bliss every time!! Fina's property has everything you need and more to create a memorable and fun filled get away. It is truly heaven on earth!! We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! "Everything was wonderful during our stay in Exuma. Communication was smooth, making the process so easy. If we had any questions or concerns, we had an almost immediate response from Jack. The kayaks provided were wonderful, our group of 9 used them almost daily. The house is completely stocked with all things, including beach items such as chairs, coolers, and goggles. I would highly recommend you give this place a look. Our party of 9 was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! I intend to be back very soon. Thanks Jack!!!"

"Overall, a great property and excellent property managers! The location was maybe our only 4-star, other than the ants lol. It's a bit of a drive to get almost everything. If you know Exuma, you know bugs are a thing...we bought an ant killer at the grocery store to help solve the ant issue in the kitchen. Overall property was clean and well-kept! Communication was great, check-in and check-out was a piece a cake. THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW was Incredible! Our 5th time in Exuma and it's still the best! "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "
