We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The OCEAN views were absolutely breathtaking and made the entire trip even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and easily accessible anytime we had questions or needed anything during our stay. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. You can truly tell they care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable stay!

This house and location was perfection. You will be close to everything as far as groceries, gas and local hotspots like Rusty Anchor at Paradise Point, Exuma Yacht Club, Blu, Fish Fry, across the water from Chat N Chill. We rented a small boat that was delivered to the dock. Sunrises are incredible here. The pool was key after a day on the water. You can snorkel right in front of the home and under the dock. The host was super helpful and responsive. The home is clean, bed is comfy, kitchen well stocked. You cannot go wrong! This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy island time!

We had an incredible stay at Pelican House in Exuma! From start to finish, the host was incredibly communicative, making the entire booking and arrival process seamless and stress-free. The house itself exceeded all our expectations — it was brand new, very clean, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our vacation needs.Whether we were out on the water with our boat, lounging by the pool, or simply relaxing indoors, the property had everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to boating and stunning surroundings, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!
