"The overall experience was great. The lighting is a little weird with some lights staying on unless the master was turned off but then the charging plugs by breed wouldn’t work. The blinds are broken and wouldn’t move so the room wasn’t dark at night. Charging for parking felt nickle /dimed. Otherwise it was a good experience"

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails and left voicemail to check on ADA room accommodation and heard nothing back. I had requested ADA at the time of booking on Expedia. I did not receive ADA room. Parking was $30/car, my cost of the room was exorbitant and parking should have been included. Little bugs and spiders were in the room. No clue where the ice-maker or other amenities were. Not much information and communication about property. We had an enjoyable stay nonetheless!"
