「All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. Despite the room not having been planned for use, everything was clean and fully stocked which was impressive. Bed extremely comfy, didn't want to leave! Breakfast being included was great,...

「Good overall, food was great, really nice breakfast and tea time meal, bedroom was nice, bathroom was small but done the trick, shame no biscuits in the room with the tea bags. The spa was quite disappointing, needs decorating, too many people in there and loads of kids, not relaxing at all! The jacuzzi was only a little warm, the sauna and steam rooms were both cold, disappointed with the spa! 」

Von der Wand abfallende Farbe, Duschkette hat ein Leck und ist fast schon durchgerissen, alte und stinkende Korridore etc. Dazu war das Frühstück grauenhaft. Lediglich ein paar Toastscheiben, bereits saurer Orangensaft und Butter/Marmelade. So etwas Frühstück zu nennen, ist eine Beleidigung. Die Becher waren außerdem total alt und trüb.
