"Room was noisy and very light all night, there was no ability to shut off the bathroom and no blinds in the bathroom to keep out the light and noise."

"The hotel adds a Service Fee on top of the Hotels.com booking price. It is "optional", but it is hidden when you check in (on a screen-based system). The staff and team are lovely, but I strongly object on principle to how the hotel tries to sneak this in without making it obvious. "

"Very nice hotel with a stylish interior. Great pool, gym and spa facilities. Room was spacious and well equipped. Only negatives were small uncomfortable pillows and staff were not very welcoming on the reception desk. Overall a nice stay and would book again."

The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay. The room is beautiful, impeccably clean, and although compact, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bedding, nice lighting. Great location. The lobby downstairs is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of work areas and even a lovely garden. The staff were amazing both the reception team and the maintenance person went above and beyond, even helping us fix my son’s buggy after it got squeezed on a bus. Truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend! ✨"

"Having 2 out of 3 lifts out of order was not good on a busy Saturday night, had quite a wait to get to 8th floor with groups coming in to the roof top bar. Had requested a twin room for myself and my sister but was given a double room. The receptionist said we had a x2 upgrade worth £90 with a massive king size bed and great view. In fact, it was a standard double and the view was a busy main road. It would be helpful for rooms with 2 people to have more milk sachets available, we asked reception and were told housekeeping did not start until 8am, The breakfast was excellent. "
