「I got to the room and there were numerous stains on the walls, it smelt like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn marks in the sheets which I immediately cancelled the room and went to comfort Inn and got a room and I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded which I feel I’m now getting the run around because I can’t seem to get anyone to give me a refund」

「The picture of the treehouse is actually three different treehouses in one so we were a bit disappointed in the small accommodations. Our hot tub was down the stairs and we fought wasps and bees for an hour before giving up. Never met our hosts, no ice or fridge and separate bathroom. No one talked to us at all and we felt a little weird there. It was super cute inside, just small.」
