Location and price was great. I come up every other week for work and this is a great location. Lots to do and many places to eat. Room size is perfect and bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again.

This was a convenient location. There were excellent amenities in addition to what one usually expects...the spices, kitchen supplies, etc, are a great touch. I also appreciated being able to login to my own streaming services on the TV. It was clean and safe.

The location and room were amazing. The full kitchen was an absolute delight. There was repeated littering and general trash right outside of the front door which was disheartening, but overall fantastic.

We enjoyed having enough space for our family, the good showers, and the cleanliness. The area was perfect for making trips to Broadway. We could have used more cooking pans and utensils. Also, the couch and chairs could use an update. Overall we had a really great time here!

The property had everything we needed on hand. When I had a question I used the app chat feature and was promptly responded to. When I needed extra towels, I had a bag of towels delivered within 12 hours at my door. The room was beautiful with all the amenities of home. For sure using this same location the next time we are in Nashville.

Newish building falling apart

The location was pretty good, not near the strip but close to good food and quiet. The door to one of the bedrooms was comming off the hing, the sink was wiggling on the wall, the deadbolt on entry door didnt work, the patio slider didnt lock, and the sheets were stained. The layout was good and the intentions were good, but the maintenance was lacking. Unable to load photos in the app.

The hotel was in a great area and was a good amount of space but there were some issues. 1. The smell was awful. It was a mix of smoke and old bacon grease or something. We ran the fan, tried opening windows, bought a room spray and nothing fixed it the entire time we stayed. 2. The place was missing some key things. No shampoo, the coffee pot wasn’t the right size for the coffee maker, and there was a sign saying they provided ear plugs but there were none. 3. Dogs were barking until 1am and the sound proofing was not great.

Take the good with the bad

The location and self-check are great; however, the apartment was not thoroughly clean. I found a pillowcase on a pillow on the bed with a blood stain, hair in the basin and on walls in the shower, and a used facemask and towel in the closet. There was a car parked in front of one of the exits and the outer doors were not secured (propped open). Overall, it was still a positive experience. Thank you.

We loved the location. Lots of options for great dining within walking distance. The parking in Nashville in general is not good so we used Uber to get downtown and that worked out great for us.

Good location. In the heart of East Nashville. If you are looking to be away from the hussle bussle of downtown but not too far away (about 7 mins drive) this is perfect. Apartment was clean and as described with a full working kitchen. Covered parking available

Apartment is awesome, parking is REALLY tight and only one spot per rental. Also the homeless people were a constant bother, asking for money. Other than that it was great. Would definitely rent again.
