"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

"My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it."

"This was a lovely home. All of the furnishings were in great shape and looked exactly like the pictures. My only suggestion to get it all the way to 'luxury" would be to update the linens and the mattresses. They were very clean and perfectly acceptable but in my opinion did not meet the standard for luxury! We slept in the downstairs King and the bed was really worn out.However - we loved our stay overall and we would choose it again if it were available. I would just choose another bedroom! :)"
