"My stay at the hotel was great, with the exception of valet parking. I did early check-in, and nowhere on there or on the website did it say "first-come, first-served" for valet parking. In my mind, when you pay to reserve the spot it's yours. My dog has congestive heart failure, and my mom has MS, so we cannot walk blocks and blocks for a parking space. For their credit, they did not charge us a pet fee or for parking in light of that. Disappointed nonetheless. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Parking kind of sucks because they share it with a bar/restaurant so at night you could be parked across the parking lot over by the bar, but otherwise nice hotel. "

"This hotel is in a really sketchy part of town. Immediately upon entering the room, i noticed trash in the corners and along the floorboards. There was candy and stuck on dried food on the floor. The walls are dirty. I grabbed the ice bucket and a literal cockroach crawled out. It was very late so i decided to just stay and check out in the morning. I woke up in the morning to another cockroach right above my head. It was so so gross there. I asked for a refund for the 2nd evening since we did not stay the second night. I found another girl. The girl at the front desk said that she would have her manager call me. Still have yet to hear from the manager. Poor service in addition to a trash roach motel. Eww. "

"Ashley promptly answers all emails. The Loretto is well maintained and clean. It's a historic classic charming big college building, now being used as a multi-use Building. Small offices, condos/apts and a wedding venue. Safe with easy parking. The apartment itself is compact (think big studio apartment) But not cramped as the furnishings are well thought out and the ceilings are 12-14' high. 2 large windows with nice insulated blinds. The bed is a queen, comfortable with nice linens and comforter. In-suite kitchen is well-equipted however counter space is limited. Microwave, hotplate, toaster oven. Dorm size fridge. There is a large entry hallway, the bathroom and shower are spacious and nice. Towels are hotel quality and appeared new. The climate control works well. Huge walk in closet with vacuum cleaner and a fold up single bed. Plentiful bath & cleaning supplies. VERY VERY clean and completely "newish" inside apartment. It's an old building so although outlets are updated, thet aren't plentiful 3 or 4 I think. Nice TV with good channels. Good wifi in apt. It is a great accomendation for one, or a couple. I definitely recommend it"
