「All really good apart from parts of the bathroom looking tired and the shower leaking. Also could do with a better shower head. 」

「The stay was incredibly relaxing and the room amazing. Sadly our safe remained broken the entire time. Shelby and Brendan were superb teachers for archery and axe throwing- we had so much fun! Highly recommend a visit」

「Spacious clean modern room (room 19) overlooking the estuary. Short walk to pub for breakfast/food. Beautifully appointed with amenities, hairdryer, heaters, coolers, tea coffee biscuits etc. Easy access to great walks, shops at Bideford etc」

「From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we had nothing but friendly attentive service from the staff at the pub. We were fortunate to be upgraded from a room in the pub to one of the relatively new lodges. The lodge was immaculate on arrival and very comfortable and well equipped. We had breakfast included and this was first class with locally sourced food included. We had two evening dinners at the pub and both were excellent from the very varied menu on offer. 」

「Landlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend more!」
