「The first room assigned I walked in and the AC was off and the room wasn't cleaned. It was 100 degrees outside. Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers.」

「The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!」

「We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. Just know your base price does not include this. This all changed...
