「First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. 「breakfast was delicious. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. only negative was there was way too much clutter. too much furniture and too many decorative thingys on top of the furniture.」

「I really like this hotel and feel comfortable to stay there. Room is great, and dinner close to hotel is perfect.」

「The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.」

「Lovely updated property. Small pool and had issues with the AC in the gym but the lovely staff, nice breakfast and clean updated amenities made up for it. I would return.」
