Having notified the desk previously that we would come in quite late, we arrived around 2:30am. When we arrived, we were very nicely greeted by Lucy, who gave us instructions on where to park most conveniently to our room. She was communicative and kind, and made us feel right at home.
When we spoke to Nick at checkout, we told him about a small problem we had at the hotel. Nick apologized for this inconvenience, and his sincere and friendly manner made us feel that the hotel really cared about their senior citizen guests.
