「The Ivy Cottage was perfect! It’s exactly as advertised and has absolutely everything you need exactly where you expect it to be for your stay! The hosts are excellent at communicating with you! The downstairs bed is super comfortable!! We loved the garden area, the view is fantastic and location is spot on! Eric’s restaurant suggestions were delicious! 「This is a cute little cottage, and we greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host thoughtfully provided many amenities, such as coffee pods, creamer, a microwave, a mini fridge, and plenty of towels and blankets (including blankets for our furry friends). The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Check in with smooth and communication was excellent. This is a great place! Only a few minutes from downtown Placerville and very affordable as well!」

Teri made the process of checking in, staying and checking out as easy as possible and the least stressful of any other places that I have stayed in. I’m definitely checking availability the next time I need to come out.」

「Wonderful place to stay in Baker City. Right in downtown and is within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The home was very well furnished, loved the shower with the strong, but perfect, water pressure. Multiple phone charging station was a plus.」
