"The customer service is amazing! Krista has a keen eye for details and was very resourceful and helpful the entire weekend. My family member and I wanted tea or coffee and she made us hot water for the tea! We needed extra towels and she was very accommodating! We used the laundry and someone left their clothes in the dryer. She opted to dry our clean clothes for us so that the other person would not be upset about their belongings being moved from the dryer. I believe they forgot/fell asleep it...
