"The parking available was small and full so you had to park in a lot for another hotel down the road."

"A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again."

"Location was excellent to walk to Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center.Great food choices.Staff was friendly from arrival at valet parking to Roosevelt taking care of our luggage and getting us checked in.Had an issue with our television maintenance tried to get issues resolved but couldn’t so was moved to another room.Wiuld highly recommended."

"We arrive later in the day hungry, tired after driving from usc for orientation . The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. I even won a free entree which we used for dinner that night. It’s very close to the airport and easy to get to. "

"The hotel was just ok- I probably wouldn’t stay again. Good place to lay your head and in a good location however the loud cars and people at midnight came right through the windows thus waking me up, the coffee shop didn’t know how to charge drinks thus charged $4 on top of the frappe cost just for a flavor, figuring out where to park was challenging and the bed was just ok. For the price we paid I certainly expected way better "

"We had an amazing time for our anniversary weekend. After we checked in, we headed toward the pool and enjoyed some drinks and snacks along with the beautiful sunshine. Dinner was fantastic! Highly recommend the salmon and the shrimp and grits. After dinner, we walked around and enjoyed the beautiful scenery outside, Then there was live music for several hours that evening.
