Property is under construction! All the rooms are a mess with partially completed projects, Sheetrock dust and painters tape. Very little hot water. Hallways have floors with half tile down and trip hazard everywhere due to it.

My stay was awesome. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and extremely nice. The biggest things I look for when I stay at a hotel is cleanliness, the size of the room, the area it is in, and how the staff reacts to the guests. I would give 5 stars for everything I mentioned above.

Our stay was really nice. We came for a concert and stayed for just a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. I recommend staying here for a few nights if you come to charlotte.

The room I reserved months in advance was not available for my family after we drove 7 hours in the car. Thankfully, the kind lady working resolved it by giving us a 2nd room. However, it is frustrating the room type that was reserved was not available.

The typw of room that i booked was not available at check in. Two of our family members ended up sleeping on pull out couches. This was disappointing. No concession was offered to compensate for the inconvenience.
