「We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.」

「Great place to stay for business, holiday, vacation or just to get away. Checked in late after an 8hr flight went to 11hr. After a slightly frustrating search for entryway, thing’s smoothed out. The remainder of 3 day stay was flawless. Read your check in notes 3 times if you plan to arrive after dark. And watch the video on their site.」
