"This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at! The hot tub was green. Jets barley worked and looked slimmy. The pool had a green sludge along the side of the pool, no towles and were expected to use towles from our room but didnt even have enough towles for everyone staying. Carpets dirty stained and taped down. Smelt like sewage when walking down the hall. The breakfast was not even worth it. And when checking out the lady already had attitude to who ever she was talking to and slammed the phone down. Phone rang again and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could put my rewards on because I forgot and got told no. Which ok my fault but I have always been asked if I had a rewards number at every best western except for this one! DO NOT STAY HERE! "

"If checking in and out isn’t important then this is your hotel!!!! Front desk staff is nonexistent and they apparently don’t care that they are nonexistent. The room was fine and it was clean. "

"Pleasant admissions. Room was clean. Had a poolside room and it was nice and quiet after pool hours were over. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The shower in our room had fantastic pressure and lots of hot water! There was a dollar store next door in case you do hit any essential items beyond what is provided. Great stay!"

"The hotel itself and staff were wonderful. However we did book a jacuzzi suite and unfortunately due to large amount of sand in the waterlines neither jacuzzi or the regular tub and shower were usable. We ended up showering at our drgter’s apartment since she lives in town. This sounds like it’s an ongoing issue with the City of Dickinson and at this point I can not recommend staying here until this issue is resolved."
