"This was an average hotel where a lot of workers stay. Though we thought it might be noisy because of this, it really wasn’t. The room was fine, but the carpet felt wet and the room was damp smelling. Breakfast was fine. We would stay here again for the price."

"Stayed at this property for a concert at Alerus Center and it was perfect for two couples. "Property was clean and quiet. Satellite tv didn’t work and one heater didn’t work, no compensation for them, owner said they would fix on Monday, sorry we only had it for the weekend. Will stay again, just will complain earlier in the stay!"
