「Beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed hiking in Harpers Ferry and the local restaurants. Our dog loved hanging out by the water and sitting on the swing by the fire at night. We will be back! 」

「We were only 5 minutes from our reunion. Texts from property contact were specific sp we did not need to contact them about anything. The whole property is beautiful. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only advice is bring all groceries. There is not a nearby store.」

「I stayed with my two sisters at this lovely home in Frederick. It was, clean, comfortable and the perfect location. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to spend time near downtown Frederick. 」

「This house and visit overall was spectacular. Rorke was incredibly responsive, the house was very clean, there were many helpful little notes about the quirks of the house, and the location right on the river could not be more peaceful and ideal. 」

「We had a truly wonderful vacation at the guest house! Even before our arrival, Deb was in touch and answered all of our questions promptly. When we arrived, we were welcomed just as promised—with a personalized sign, bagels and cream cheese, juice, and fresh fruit. The house was exactly as described—cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We did have a small issue with the AC, but Deb came over right away, even though it was late at night, and made sure a repairman arrived first thing the...

「House was perfect for our weekend get away with children and grandchild. Close proximity to good, shopping and activities.」

「The property was more than expected and we had a wonderful time. Everything we wanted to do was within driving distance. Wonderful experience!」

「Great place but was not aware the of how close the other houses were. The cabin behind us which was called "exceeds expectations" was very loud playing music until 3 am. We were not happy about that. Other than that, it was a nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub!」
