"We found the cabin to be very clean and comfortable. It should be mentioned that in order to enter the bathroom you have to walk through the main bedroom. Both bedrooms could use side tables and lamps. Make sure you have a vehicle that will make it up the steep driveway. Our Host was very attentive and quick in taking care of any needs we had. "

"We stayed with Rick at the cabin for 60 days. Springtime here on the Lake was wonderful! The firepit got lots of use. There's both an open and covered porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. The cabin is perfect for couples to enjoy the country. Nearby is the Casey Jones Distillery which has entertainment, and all supplies you might need are up the street in Crofton. "My wife and I were taking an anniversary trip and this place was great! We walked in to nice music playing on Alexa and everything was clean and comfortable inside. It also has 3 seating areas outisde: on the deck with padded chairs, on the patio around a gas fire pit, and a wood fire pit in the yard with a string of lights. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My family had a relaxing time in Grand rivers! The property is in walking distant of several restaurants and the river. The property host is very responsive and nice! We enjoyed our stay!"

There was an issue with the laundry machine not working but the owners came out and replaced it with a new one immediately so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. "The house was very beautiful, very clean, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood near one of the main steets in Owensboro. It was very easy to access the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby highways. Also, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a night cap. The hosts were very hospitable and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would stay here again!"

"First things first. The ownership/management was very personable and accommodating. The marina resort was very peaceful and serene. A nice fire pit behind our unit. The cottage was small but well maintained. Reasonably close to boat ramp and dock and slips. Docks were well kept. Prices were very reasonable and fair. My brother's and myself had a wonderful experience there."

"Property not as advertised. Live and dead bugs inside house. House had an oder. Question if dead mouse inside mouse trap. Swarm of bugs outside entrance door and all over patio, not able to enjoy this area at all. Based on our experience-Do not rent this property!!"
