Perfect Girls Get-Away

The cottage was just lovely! It was perfect for a mom and two adult daughters to visit our former home town and visit old friends. We stayed for 5 nights, sampled lots of local restaurants and coffee shops, and had a wonderful time.

Cute house in close range to everything in Martin, TN. House had everything you could need and more. Cute decor, bed and seating was comfortable. Cute bathroom door but not much privacy. Would stay again if am in the area.

Quiet Retreat

The house was very clean, but had a musty smell and there is no door on the bedroom, which I couldn't tell from the pics. It is a nice house in a great location.

Love staying while passing thru. The natural wood, barn doors, and other design pieces like the fixtures made it super unique and cute. And if I can say personally the best part was the extremely comfortable king size bed.

Great place for 2-3 people

This is a super cute cottage. It is perfect for 2-3 people or a family with small children. We stayed overnight for a visit to UTM. The cottage is close to campus and the downtown area. Martin is a quaint rural town with a great Farmer’s Market, coffee shops, and Blake’s restaurant has delicious food. The cottage has a very comfortable bed, is well stocked with towels. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but it looked to be well stocked.

Wedding in Tennessee

We stayed here for my first time in TN when visiting for a friends wedding. When I walked in and the floor creaked I looked down to see the most beautiful refinished wood planks that are identical to the ones in the old Rexall Drugstore my grandparents owned when I was little. It brought tears to my eyes. The place is perfect. It is like I was keeping a second home somewhere that I go to. Everything I could need was there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. A great mexican food restaurant isn't far away by Walmart. It is a very soft bed.
