「Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.」

「Easy checkin process, clean, had all the amenities, game room is neat for children of all ages. Pleasant stay. Quiet area which is a definite plus. 」

The house was better stocked than at any other VRBO we've stayed at and when we had a question, we got an answer within just a couple of minutes. We are talking about going back next year to rent this villa/house arrangement!」

「This is an awesome home that is very well stocked! It is in an excellent location in Lake Havasu City. The time that we spent in the backyard was also very relaxing for us and it includes both a hot tub and a gas bbq grill. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us…only about 50 plus degrees warmer than our weather at home which was great. Ed and Sarah are very caring and awesome hosts!」
