"La propiedad estaba muy limpia, organizada. Llegamos al hotel a eso de las 9:30 am y ya pudimos hacer check-in y subir a la habitación. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se puede decir que hasta incómodas. Los baños compartidos la verdad no son un problema porque hay cuatro en cada nivel, nunca tuve que esperar por usar uno; eso si, son algo pequeños pero siempre muy limpios."

"Room was great, friendly staff, parking was very easy. There’s a laundromat connected next to the hotel, along with a restaurant that’s connected to the lobby itself. Bus stops within less than a 5 minute walk, which can connect you to the bus to get to Manhattan. Also, some rooms get Manhattan skyline views which I don’t think gets advertised by the hotel."

"The Shuttle had broken side glass. The driver door was about to fall off. The check in was a small desk and you had to walk down stairs which brought you to the eating area. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. You have a choice of cereal, bread, pancakes or yogurt. You have a choice or coffee or tea. The bedroom is normal. The room that was given to me had no vents on the HVAC, it was just completely open so you couldn't direct the airflow. The TV also had very limited channels that worked. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"First of all,complimentary tour was amazing! I would’ve never known all the stores behind it and our tour guide was so pleasant and informative. Room- the front door had a hole on the bottom. Front desk check in - very accommodating and felt sincere welcoming. Cleaning crew- nicely done and pleasant when meet on the hallway Bell boys - many times we were in and out never got the greetings or even offer to help with luggage. Inside the Iron gate way- we were sitting out and homeless came up to the next chair and park himself to sleep during the day. HOTEL- is beautiful! I wished we had little tighter security."

"We loved our stay at the Parklane Hotel. Beautiful premises excellent location and friendly staff especially the breakfast crew was amazing. They make the best of the small room to accommodate everyone ( we were the in February when its was impossible to have breakfast outside on the balcony). We are looking forward to going back again"
